  • Workshops: 25–26 May (Monday–Tuesday), held in meeting rooms of the main building.
  • Conference: 27–29 May (Wednesday–Friday), held in the auditorium.
  • Mid-conference excursion and dinner: 28 May (Thursday).
  • Field excursion1: 29 May (Friday) and 30 May (Saturday) to the old-growth forests of Val Cervara.
  • Field excursion2: 30 May (Saturday) to the old-growth forests of Latium.

Very Important:

TRACE2026 is located in the center of Rome, where various accommodation options are available at very different prices. The conference period is one of the best times to visit the city, so we strongly recommend booking your hotel well in advance.

The conference venue is located about a 10-minute walk from the metro stations Termini (lines A and B) and Castro Pretorio (line B)
