Oral presentation
We kindly ask all speakers to carefully follow the instructions below when preparing their oral presentations.
Speakers are requested to strictly adhere to the allocated time slots and to structure their talks accordingly. Respecting the assigned timing is essential to ensure the smooth running of the sessions, avoid delays, and allow sufficient time for discussion and questions.
Session chairs will be responsible for enforcing time limits to ensure fairness to all speakers.
In accordance with the ATR Board’s instructions, the updated durations are listed below:
Regular oral presentations: 10 minutes for presentation, followed by 2 minutes for questions.
Keynote speakers: 20 minutes for presentation, followed by 2 minutes for questions.
Presentation files must be prepared in PowerPoint format (.pptx or .ppt) or in a fully compatible format. Presenters are strongly encouraged to also provide a PDF version of their presentation, which may be used in case of compatibility issues.
Files should be clearly named using the speaker’s surname followed by presentation date (e.g., surname_date.pptx).
To facilitate the upload process and to check for any incompatibilities, presentation must be sent to trace2026@sisef.org by 24 May 2026.
Poster presentation
Posters must be sized 60 × 90 cm (width × height), in portrait orientation. Formats other than the one specified will not be accepted for display due to logistical constraints.
Please note that the organization does not provide poster printing services. However, a list of print shops near the CNR central headquarters, venue of TRACE2026, is available at the following link.
Posters must be displayed on the designated boards, in the position indicated by the markers, and must remain on display for the entire duration of the presentation day.
The final poster allocation within the conference will be communicated to authors by 10 May 2026.
Optionally, posters will also be projected on screens throughout the conference, located near the catering and refreshment areas. Authors are therefore encouraged to include a personal photo within their poster to facilitate interaction and recognition among participants.
The digital version of the poster must be sent to trace2026@sisef.org by 20 May 2026. The file must be in JPEG format (VERTICAL), therefore static, with no animations or external links.
If using PowerPoint:
o Orientation: PORTRAIT
o Width: 57.15 cm
o Height: 101.6 cm.
If using a graphics program such as Corel Draw, Paint Shop Pro, etc.:
o Width:2160 px
o Height: 3840 px.
